You may read these pages and send an enquiry. You may not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the service behind it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

The pages describe how we work and what we have built. They are general information, not professional advice for your situation, and not an offer capable of acceptance. Figures, timelines and outcomes shown are illustrative of past or typical work; yours will be set out in your scope note.

We keep the site accurate and update it when the work changes, but we do not warrant that every statement is current at the moment you read it.

An enquiry is an invitation to talk. It creates no obligation on either side and no confidentiality duty beyond the privacy commitments on our privacy page. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the form. If we need it, we will agree an NDA first, and we offer one on request.

We may decline any enquiry, and we will say so plainly rather than let it go quiet.

The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to Sentrova Solutions. You may quote or link to a page with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own, or reuse the brand marks.

This is separate from work we build for a client: intellectual property in everything we build for you transfers to you on payment, written into the engagement agreement.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

We aim to keep the site up, but it is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Service levels for work we run for a client are set in that client's agreement, not here.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
